Group classes run Monday to Friday at 7:30am and 12pm — 30 minutes each, in the outdoor zone. Open to all members.

Outdoor CrossFit Zone

Take it outside.

A dedicated outdoor functional fitness zone open to Fort Street — open air, open floor. Barbells, kettlebells, pull-up rigs, and room to move. For the workouts that need space to breathe. Included in your membership and available any time a class isn't running.

Sauna

Recovery, the old way.

Heat has been a cornerstone of recovery for centuries. Tortoise has a sauna in each of the men's and women's changing rooms — a quiet space to wind down, loosen up, and let the work settle in.
