Pricing
All PT memberships include full gym access — so the rates below cover everything. Sessions are 30 minutes, designed to fit around a busy schedule.

Jamie Gordon
Strength, consistency & sustainable progress
I take a very simple approach to coaching and training. I help my clients develop a solid base and understanding of the fundamentals of movement and health, and expand on that as they progress through their fitness journey. Because no two journeys are the same, every session is tailored strictly to your unique needs and goals. My objective isn't just to help you hit your targets, but to give you a deep understanding of your own body and nutrition — equipping you with the confidence and knowledge to sustain your results for life. Specialising in strength, sports-specific training, weight loss management, and general health and fitness. True progress comes down to small, sustainable changes and celebrating the little wins along the way. Together, we'll build the habits that lead to a stronger, healthier version of you.

Fat loss, mobility & movement quality
My motto is: "Dreams don't work unless you do." If you don't take the first step, you'll stay stuck dreaming about the best version of yourself. My coaching combines mobility training — including elements of yoga — with functional strength work to help you move better, improve overall functionality, and reduce injury risk in everyday movement. I bring high energy into every session, creating an environment where you can disconnect from stress and fully focus on your training, while building lasting habits that help you train independently, show up with confidence, and eventually come into the gym on your own and take part in classes with ease.

Your trainer will set up an initial session to assess where you're at and build a plan from there. Everything is tailored to you.
